1. Agreeing to These Terms
By using VFeatureCard (we'll just call it "the Service" from here on), you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the best move is to not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and if you keep using VFeatureCard after that, we'll take it as you're on board with the changes.
2. What VFeatureCard Actually Is
VFeatureCard lets you build, customize, and share an interactive 3D digital business card. That includes the card editor, real-time changes, QR code generation, shareable links, and analytics so you can see how your card is performing.
3. Your Account
- Give us accurate info when you sign up — no fake details.
- Keeping your login secure is on you.
- If someone gets into your account without permission, let us know right away.
- We can suspend or shut down accounts that break these terms.
4. Your Content, Your Conduct
Whatever you upload to your card is still yours. Using the Service just means you're giving VFeatureCard permission to display and share that content wherever needed to make the card work.
A few things we ask you not to do:
- Upload anything illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Pretend to be someone else.
- Try to break into the Service, other accounts, or anything connected to it.
- Scrape or crawl the Service with bots or automated tools without our okay.
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited junk through the platform.
5. Our Intellectual Property
The design, code, graphics, logos, and interface behind VFeatureCard belong to us and are protected under copyright and trademark law. Copying, modifying, or building something derivative from our platform isn't allowed unless we've given you written permission to do so.
6. Uptime & Availability
We do our best to keep VFeatureCard up and running, but we can't promise it'll never go down. Maintenance, updates, or things outside our control can cause temporary downtime, and we're not liable for any loss that comes from that.
7. Limits on Our Liability
VFeatureCard is offered "as is," with no guarantees, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data, revenue, or business opportunities — that come from using the Service.
8. Ending Your Use of the Service
You're free to stop using VFeatureCard whenever you want. On our end, we can suspend or terminate your access without advance notice if we think you've broken these terms. Once that happens, your access ends immediately, and we may delete your account along with your card data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction VFeatureCard operates in, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
